Monte Blanc 3CM Marble double-sink bathroom vanity with makeup counter

This bathroom vanity centers on a white and gray veined marble that's hard to beat when it comes to classic good looks. The photos show a double undermount sink setup paired with white cabinetry, plus a separate makeup counter with knee space tucked next to it. That's a smart layout choice. It gives two people room to get ready at once without bumping elbows, and the knee space counter turns the vanity into a real sit-down spot for makeup, hair, whatever the morning calls for.

Marble brings a softness to a bathroom that other stones just don't have. The veining moves in long, sweeping lines rather than the tighter, busier patterns you see in a lot of granites, and that quality makes it a natural fit for a calm, spa-like vanity area. We always template these pieces on-site so the sink cutouts land exactly right and the seams, if there are any, fall where you won't notice them. Getting the veining to flow across the main vanity and into that adjacent knee-space counter takes some careful slab selection and layout work before a single cut is made.

The edges here are eased, a clean, simple profile that softens the top corner of the stone without adding a lot of visual bulk. It's a good match for a piece with this much natural movement in it already. You don't want a busy edge competing with busy veining. Eased edges also hold up well day to day. They're comfortable to lean against and they don't chip as easily as a sharper edge might.

Marble does ask a little more of you than some other stones. It's softer and more porous, so we recommend sealing it and being mindful of makeup, perfume, and skincare products that can etch or stain if left sitting too long. In a bathroom setting like this, with lighter daily use than a kitchen sees, marble tends to hold up beautifully for years when it's cared for. It's one of those materials that just keeps look right with age, in a house here in the Midlands or anywhere else.
