Privacy Policy

We collect the contact details you choose to share, like your name, email, and phone number, along with the photos and project notes you send us. We use them for one thing: to follow up about your countertops and help you plan the work.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside our shop except the services we use to run the site and reach you. If you give us a phone number, we will call about your project. We will not text you unless you ask us to.

We keep your details only as long as we need them and store them securely. You can ask us to send you what we have or to delete it at any time. Just call or email and we will take care of it.

On our homepage we show a selection of our Google reviews, usually our best ones. The star rating and total review count next to them come straight from Google, not from us. You can read every review we have, good or bad, on our Google Business page.

We use the Pinterest API to post photos of our finished projects to our own Pinterest account, so people who find our work there can click through to the project page on this site. That use of the Pinterest API is ours alone. Rocky Tops Granite & Marbleis not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Pinterest in any way, and “Pinterest” is a trademark of Pinterest, Inc.

Only our own business account connects to Pinterest here. We don’t ask customers or site visitors to connect a Pinterest account of their own, and nobody else’s Pinterest data passes through our systems. What we keep is the access token for our own account, held on our server and never shown to anyone outside our team, plus a short record of which project photos we already posted to which board so the same photo doesn’t go up twice. We don’t store pin content, board contents, or personal data pulled from Pinterest beyond that.

If we disconnect our Pinterest account or switch this feature off, we delete the stored access token and that posting record right away, and we stop posting. Photos already pinned stay on Pinterest under our own account unless we remove them there. At that point they’re ordinary Pinterest content, not something this policy controls.

We don’t sell, resell, or hand along Pinterest content or any Pinterest-derived data to anyone outside our shop. It serves one purpose: posting our own project photos to our own boards.

A few plain-language basics. Any price or quote you see on the site or get from us is an estimate, not a final price, until we measure your space and confirm materials. Photos, renderings, and the visualizer are meant to give you a feel for a look and may not match the exact slab you end up with. If you send us a project request or your contact information, we may reach out about it.
